Maintenance Tips

• Change A/C filter monthly (provided at maintenance office)
• Conserve water and prevent mold & mildew by reporting to maintenance any leaks, including running toilets.
• Check your smoke alarm batteries at least twice a year (Daylight Savings is a good reminder)
• Keep shrubs trimmed. (See page 22 of your resident handbook for details on lawn care)
• Fertilize lawn in spring/fall.

Lawn Watering Guidelines

• A-side units and even-numbered single units may irrigate on Thursday and Sunday from 5 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. and from 4 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
• B-side units and odd-numbered single units may irrigate on Wednesday and Saturday from 5:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. and from 4:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.
• Car washing is allowed at any time but not on grassed areas.
• Hand-held hoses with an automatic shut-off nozzle should be used.

All night watering or extended watering in one location is prohibited.  Watering is not allowed anytime between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. You may be assessed a $50.00 fine by St. Johns water Management District.

Lawn Inspections

Inspections are done every Thursday. First fine for non-compliance is $45.00.
