Use of Contact Information

Our site's contact form requests users to supply contact information, such as name and e-mail address, and demographic information, such as your ZIP code or military status. We use this information to send you promotional materials from our company. However, users may opt out of — or opt in to — these promotional e-mail messages at any time. (See Opt Out/Opt In, below.)

Use of Service Call Request Information

Our site features an online system for submitting requests for service from our maintenance department. Some service calls may be routed through to a third-party maintenance company. This information is sent directly to the maintenance department and is not stored online anywhere, nor is it ever disclosed to any other party.

Security

Pelican Coast does not store any of the information provided to us through the contact forms in any internet-connected database. The contact information is stored solely at our Leasing Office and used only for the express purpose of providing the user with the information that they request. Pelican Coast will not sell contact information to any third party interest.

If at any time you feel that your contact information is being used in a manner that you do not approve of, please send an email to abuse@patrickfamilyhousing.com along with an explanation of the problem and we will do all we can to remedy the situation.

Opt Out/Opt In

Pelican Coast allows users to opt out of receiving e-mail from us or our partners. To opt out of our mailing list you can send an e-mail or fax to our leasing office.
